Database Administrator for Investment Company
£25-30k per annumWe are currently seeking a highly organised Database Administrator for an Investment Company based in Central London. You will be updating investors' portfolios and liaise with clients on regular basis.

Duties:

* Primarily, first and foremost to ensure the efficient, accurate recording and processing of investor applications.
* Professionally chasing and following up outstanding application forms and monies.
* Maintaining accurate and up to date investor database.
* Forming a rapport with, and maintaining a good, professional relationship with, our investor's IFA's.
* Preparing investor documents for financial closing - presenting complete closing investor files to relevant person, and then liaising with them to urgently act on any lending bank queries prior to final closing.
* Preparing partnership mailings for timely distribution to investors and their IFA's .
* Perform finance account duties as and when requested.
* Prepare Companies House forms when necessary and required. Prepare partnership annual returns.
* Efficiently and professionally deal with investor queries or enquires as and when they occur.
* Commissions - Entering invoices, chase outstanding or incorrect invoices prior to payment
* Opening Partnership Bank Accounts

The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge of Excel (Intermediate to Advanced), excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with different departments internally, and attention to detail.
