We have two desk spaces in our Angel/Islington/Clerkenwell office at £50 per week per desk including all bills. Here’s the full lowdown…

We're just off St. Johns Street between Angel and Farringdon tubes (both about 5 mins away)

Busses include 4, 19, 30, 38, 43, 55, 56, 73, 153, 205, 214, 243, 341 and 394.

Exmouth Market is just 2 mins away and includes such trendy bars/eateries as Medcalf, Moro, Porcetta and Café Kick plus the usual Starbuck's, Café Nero, Subway etc. There are also delis, gift shops and cool places selling non essential stuff...as well as useful places like a hardware store/locksmith, Budgens, news agents and post office.

Cost is £50 a week and includes business rates, electric, all services charges (rubbish collection etc) and a daily Royal Mail collection. Phone/broadband is on top although I'm sure we can split one of our lines to keep the cost down.

We have 2 desks and each comes with a 3 drawer unit and 5 shelf LP size rack (about 6ft high by 2ft wide)

There's a little side room too where you can have lunch or important meetings with billionaire clients (we've got a hi-fi, TV, DVD etc in there too).

The main office has a small kitchen area with kettle, espresso coffee machine, microwave etc.

If that's not enough the main rooms has a great hi-fi plus 3 TVs, DVD recorder, DVD player and VHS.

CCTV is fitted in the communal areas and we're protected by a BT Red Care alarm system (calls the police immediately).

You'd be sharing the office with the uber-cool (to quote Dazed & Confused) Lewis Recordings, Rap And Soul and The Doctor's Orders.

This would be an ideal place for a music/media/graphics company but anything goes.
