Our client is growing their reservations team and we seek candidates with at least 6 months experience in a central reservations office or working with an inbound tour operator where you have been used to working with a varied product range. You will be working daily with suppliers and clients, handling group reservation requests and building great relationships on the phone.

You should have excellent customer service skills,great phone manner,a genuine interest in developing a career in tourism - a 2nd European language would be useful. Salary £ 16,000 - £ 18,000
