Head Chef for 70 cover fresh food restaurant with daily changing menu in Clapham

Location: clapham
We are looking for an experienced head chef for a restaurant/bar in Clapham.
Must be able to produce an interesting daily changing MODERN ENGLISH menu and be very aware of GP and working to budgets. You will be leading a small team in a completely open kitchen so personal presentation and the ability to lead without screaming are paramount. Hours are 8 shifts per week on a rota written by you, approx 45 per week. Pay is £29k pa neg. Must be able to communicate well in english, with the ability to speak spanish a bonus.
