It's 10 minutes walk to Clapham Junction station, 5 minutes walk from the river and 10 minutes walk to Battersea Park. It's on bus routes to Waterloo, Liverpool St, Kings Road, Tooting etc.

There's lots of good pubs and restaurants in close walking distance and Tesco/Sainsburys 2 mins away.

Is £650 per month that includes all bills (inc council tax) and a weekly cleaner.

Not fussed on male/female - no couples - just looking for someone decent/not insane to live with...
