Hello there,
I've got a bright and very spacious room for one FEMALE in Mile End from 9 Nov 2009.
It Includes all utility bills and comes with a double bed, internet connection and your own TV in a room which overlooks a private courtyard.
There's a large living room, two toilets and fully-fitted kitchen with all appliances: w/machine, m/wave, RICE-COOKER, pots pans and cutleries. Everything is BRAND NEW. There's a balcony and a communal garden too.
The flat is in a new gated development near shops & tube / bus stations. Mile End bus station with Nos. 205,25 and Mile End tube station for Central / District / Hammersmith Line
Shops and facilities like Tesco Express, Budgens supermarket, Mile End Sports Centre, Mile End Park and Queen Mary University (QMW) are all closeby.
Two stations away are larger Tesco and Sainsbury supermarkets and Royal London Hospital so groceries and medical service are always available. Also closeby are Brick Lane market and London Metropolitan University.
You will be staying with an Oriental male (professional) and a Japanese female (student), both friendly and quiet (non-couple).
The deposit required is 4 weeks rental and rent is paid in advance every 2 weeks - so 6 weeks rental payable when you move in.
