Langmead Farms is a successful international producer of salad and vegetables with operations in both the UK and Spain. At our Farm in Kent we predominantly grow salad onions and wheat.

We currently have a requirement for a Harvest Tractor Driver who will be responsible for ensuring the swift delivery of freshly harvested product to the grain store, drying grain, loading bulk transport and arable cultivations.

The main duties will include:
- corn carting
- corn drying
- Moving corn within farms
- Primary arable cultivations
- Carrying out tractor and trailer service checks
- Assisting with folding of combine in preparation for movement
- Road brushing
- Complying with all Health and Safety legislation

Candidates should hold at least a schedule B driving licence and preferably higher category. You should also have previous tractor driving experience and knowledge of vehicle safety.

Salary is in line with AWB (£6 per hour, £9 per hour overtime). The position is offered on a temporary contract until mid September. We may also be able to assist with accommodation.
