BPS Contact Centre Services is looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to represent Carphone Warehouse- the fastest growing broadband business in the UK.

Skills Required:
•Excellent command of the English language
•Articulate and Clear Speaker - must be excellent communicators
•Able to build excellent rapport with customers and have good listening skills
•Polite and Friendly Telephone manner
•Ability to remain Calm in times of stress and pressure
•Ability to transfer details efficiently to database
•Motivated by achieving targets & meeting deadlines
•Understanding of the Sales Process with the ability to close sales

•Previous sales experience is required.

Employment Type: Full Time with 3 months minimum commitment. Please note that there will be shift work, so flexibility is required
