Looking for a double room in a creative household.

Is there a landlord out there who's willing to take a (DSS, Housing Benefit) tenant.
I'm a creative male from an arts background (painting, printing,
design) looking for a suitable environment as my present situation
needs to change.

I'm a 'Picture Framer' by trade so I should find myself back in
employment soon. In the meantime I need help in establishing a
safe and secure grounding with people who understand.
