As a SEO and Web Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all SEO and Web Marketing and understand the needs of the business to grow visitor traffic and new business enquiries. We are looking for a proactive and innovative individual who is ambitious to help us grow and develop the business through the web.

Responsibilities:

a) SEO and Web marketing to grow visitor traffic, dwell time and conversion
b) Analyse website performance for visitor traffic, bounce rates and enquiry rates and volume
c) Drive up traffic for both the GapGuru and MondoChallenge websites
d) Help develop the strategy to use the web to grow the business
e) Understand the competitive landscape particularly with reference to SEO and SEM
f) Bring a commercial mindset to driving the business through the web

Essential skills:

a) Graduate calibre with a relevant qualification, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing or similar
b) Able to understand the complexities and challenges required to deliver the job to a high standard
c) 2-3 years of experience in SEO, SEM and Digital Marketing, with a proven track-record of achievement; we will expect the candidate to explain their achievements at the interview stage, showing how their efforts made a tangible commercial contribution to the business
d) Pleasant outgoing personality, articulate and well spoken with a good command of the language and must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude

This a permanent position based in Newbury.

Salary is commensurate with background and experience with an attractive performance based bonus.
