I had this PC for about a year, I put a brand new 138gb hard drive with Windows 7 Ultimate installed so basically you are getting a brand new PC. If you do not like Windows 7 please tell me so I can install Windows XP Professional. The PC is a fast runner and it is good for home or business use. It comes with a keyboard and a Car shaped mouse. and the power adapter if you want a monitor it is an extra £20 (not flat). It is a Intel Processor and the condition is excellent. Here are the specs
