Looking for a new home in the centre of town?
We're seeking a nice girl or guy to live with us in our luxury flat in Soho.
About the room: Really big and recently refurbished, with beautiful exposed brickwork and two windows which let the light in.
It comes part furnished, with large sofa/futon, wall-mounted flat screen Sony TV.
There is a private phone line and Virgin cable television.
About the flat: We have a great kitchen, and double-glazing throughout. The bathroom has just been completely refurbished (last week!). There is also super fast 20 Meg wireless broadband.
Transport: Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road tubes are between 4 and 8 minutes away by foot. Though when you live so centrally you'll find yourself walking everywhere!
The price is inclusive of all bills, except electricity.
We are young, but considerate and quiet and are looking for someone similar.
The room is available immediately, and we are looking for someone who can move in ASAP.
