Its in a complex close to restaurants, bars and clubs and the main dolmus bus route to the ancient old town. The new links golf course at Gundogan has just opened 20 minutes away by car.
Spacious, modern and well appointed 2 bedroom, air-conditioned top floor apartment with partial sea view. Set on an apart-hotel complex, very close to the centre of Side’s long sandy beach and night life and close to the old town .The apartment can sleep up to 6. The apartment has a large open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen fridge/freezer, full oven/grill, hob, extractor, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, glasses and all kitchen utensils. Towels for intenral use and bed linen is all supplied.
The living area has a large seater sofabed and a TV and DVD player. There is a patio door to the main balcony. The open plan living room with kitchen / diner / lounge has a dining table and 4 chairs. There are two double bedrooms with twin beds and a double wardrobe in each. One bedroom has a patio door to its own private balcony. The other bedroom has a patio door to the main balcony.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle with power shower, sink , toilet , water heater and washing machine. Water heating in the summer is also supplied by solar panels on the roof of the apartment block.
The main balcony has 2 sun loungers. The outdoor space of the complex has landscaped gardens with a large communal pool and baby pool with poolside shower and WC. There are sun loungers and mattresses provided and there is on site car parking.
On Site Facilities include 24hr concierge and reception ; large swimming pool with loungers; grocery shop ; restaurant / bar and parking.
Ancient Side has a wealth of historic sites . Shopping (clothes and jewelry) Golf, quad biking , fishing, aquapark, clubbing. Golf at Gundogdu and in winter Ski facilities in the Taurus mountains . The price is for the total apartment rental and not for each individual so it represents terrific value.
Payment terms - 10% deposit secures the booking, balance payable at least 7 days prior to start of the holiday.
