The House - Great place, well kept, with living room (widescreen TV, DVD, etc), large kitchen / diner (all mod cons, plus dryer), utitlity room, 2 Bathrooms, and nice garden.

The Room - a genuine double - Double bed and space besides

The Area - Harringay is a vibrant bustling area, though we live on a quiet street... 24 hour shops for convenience and safety, a few decent late night pubs, Finsbury Park close by, and fantastic transport links

Transport - numerous bus routes (29, also a nightbus, 141, 341, and many more from Turnpike Lane), two tube stations (Manor House, Turnpike lane), and 2 train lines, so very well connected

Us - two guys and one girl looking for another girl to keep a balance (four rooms in total)... Friendly and easy going. We do our own thing but do hang out with each other, relaxing in the living room or out at the pub, and sometimes cook together

And we're looking for a female who would fit in and enjoy living here, so: Pref late 20's / early 30's, basically clean (in other words neither dossers or obsessive rota-freaks), friendly and easy going, employed and fluent english (native or otherwise)

The moving date is somewhat flexible, thanks to our very considerate departing housemate, so hopefully that will help
