Head chef position available at a busy pub bar in Islington N1
We are a small independent pub group called 580LTD (www.580limited.co.uk) and we have a Head Chef vacancy at our bar 'Keston Lodge' in Islington.
The Keston Lodge (www.kestonlodge.co.uk) is a busy bar in the heart of Islington. It’s well known for its party atmosphere, good selection of drinks/cocktails, great music and traditional British food with a European twist.
We need a head chef to work closely with the Executive chef and Management team to consistently deliver fresh and tasty food while motivating the kitchen team and hitting all targets set.
Applicants will need previous experience in a busy pub or restaurant using fresh ingredients plus a knowledge of traditional British and European dishes.
We are offering £20,000 - £22,000 per annum (based on previous experience) plus a performance based bonus of up to £3600 per annum.
