Customer Service Executive
Our client, based in the Wembley area, are a boutique call-centre, specialising in outsourced solutions both inbound and outbound and are holding an assessment on TUESDAY 10TH NOVEMBER 12pm - 2pm to take on 7 candidates to start paid training that very afternoon, until 6pm.
They are looking for experienced telephone based Customer Service staff, who can take high volume inbound calls from customers of a financial institution and answer their enquiries, complaints and questions in-line with a scripted Frequently Asked Questions response sheet.
Strong communication skills are a must, as delivering information clearly and concisely to customers from all backgrounds are paramount.
Working 8 hours a day between the hours of 8am - 8pm, and paying £7.00p/h + holiday pay, they are currently looking to recruit 8 staff on this campaign to work for 1 weeks. There will be another similar campaign starting straight afterwards that will be on-going for those that have TELESALES EXPERIENCE
