A very successful and well established comprehensive school offering a high quality education to over 1,500 students require a Maths Teacher - able to teach KS3/ KS4 and KS5.
This is a full time permanent position starting in January.

General Duties:
You will be expected to:-
* Support the aims and policies of the school
* Assist in maintaining the ethos and promoting the values of the school
* Support the uniform/dress code for pupils and staff
* Attend subject/team meetings in accordance with the school's calendar
* Follow relevant departmental schemes of work
* Keep an up-to-date record of lesson plans
* Regularly mark pupils'/students' work
* Maintain an up-to-date record of assessments
* Set homework according to the homework timetable and policy
* Assist members of the department in delivering the programmes of study across all Key Stages
* Plan schemes of work and programmes of study with members of the department
* Support where appropriate extra curricular activities
EXPERIENCE
* The ability to teach Maths to A Level
* You will be a fully qualified teacher or a strong NQT,
* You will have UK experience but NQTs will be considered.
* Be able to offer 2 references
* Have a CRB or be willing to complete one
