Our client is a leading London-based Charity providing support to clients with learning disabilities. We have an excellent opportunity for a Home Care Manager to join their West London based team.#

Candidates for this position will need:
- An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Previous supervisory experience
- Knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000
- Previous experience working within a CQC environment

Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising a staff team, including a Deputy Manager and team of Support Workers
- Ensuring that the project is managed in accordance with the requirements of the National Care Standards Act
- Planning the staff rota
- Managing and monitoring the projects budgets
- Providing regular reports on the service
