The bedroom has a large double bed, double wardrobe, bed side table, lamp and full length mirror.

The ideal persons to move in would be a couple or professional female. NO SINGLE MALES PLEASE.

The monthly rent is: 475 pounds not including bills. Bills include council tax, water, gas, TV license etc. coming to around 80 pounds per month.

This is a 6 month lease, but can be extended after the lease runs out.
