Hotel Receptionist London's exciting new opening

The historic Dean Street Townhouse has been brought back to life by the Soho House Group in a grand makeover and throws open its doors in November. The Townhouse will feature an all day dining room, with thirty-nine bedrooms above, serving breakfast from 7am (8am weekends) lunch, high tea and dinner, from a weekly changing menu of regional British fayre and will seat one hundred and thirty, at table, in the lounge and at the counter.

The building will feature 42 luxury bedrooms drawing on the building’s Georgian heritage – but with all the comfort and convenienceyou would expect in the 21st century. This is a brand new concept for central London.

The hotel is looking for Receptionists who have an excellent track record in the hotel industry and who thrive in a quality driven service environment where the focus is on professionalism and accuracy. Reception candidates must possess excellent knowledge about reservations and customer service procedures. Communication is essential as you will be required to build a rapport with guests. We are looking for industry professionals with passion and enthusiasm.
