One of London’s finest agencies is looking for a talented, ambitious lettings manager for their Wimbledon office. The company itself has one of the lowest staff turnovers in the industry and the current Lettings Manager has been in the post for over 6 years. For the right candidate, this position will be a leap forward career wise with good progression and a very competitive salary offered.

The Package:

Basic Salary : £25,000 negotiable
Highly motivational staggered office AND personal commission scheme
Top end company car / £4,500 allowance per annum
On Target Earnings - £47,000

Minimum Requirements:

3 years SW London LETTINGS MANAGEMENT experience
4-5 years overall agency experience
Full Clean UK Driving Licence
Proven track record (With figures to support)
References
English first language
