A major Central Government department is seeking a Qualified Accountant to be the finance contact for a number of key projects.

You will be involved in forecasting, analysis, budget setting and financial planning ; and responsible for liaison with all parts of the project teams, including non-financial staff. Prioritising and delegating work and any associated staff recruitment will also be key.

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, experienced in both technical and analytical accounting and reporting, and motivated to drive forward these important projects. Experience in a similar role in Central Government is very desirable, but a commercial background will also be considered.
