I am Elizabeth Nienstadt and I am interested in meeting people who are willing to change their lifes forever.
It happened to me long time ago in Venezuela when I learned this amazing method of doing art.

This drama method was developed by Juan Carlos De Petre in Argentina 30 years ago. He came to Venezuela and continued his experimental work and created ALTOSF TEATRE GROUP. There are groups all aver the world doing this experimental experience such as Holland, Spain, Argentina, Venezuela.

I was an actress searching for something real, an experience that I could connect art and life.
Since 1982 I was searching for a truthful way of doing theatre and I have allways believed that art has to change not only your life but the audience' s life too. I was sure that art could be and must be a way of tranformation and a path of knowledge. At last, I found the confirmation of all my thoughts. I became a member of Juan Carlos De Petre' s methodology in 1992. The group' s theatre plays showed me an unique and deep way of getting in touch with life through art.

What is this methodology about?
You are going to know yourself in a effective way without masks, learning tool of how to be aware and awake always. All my life I have been doing theatre and it is what I love. It is my passion. This method is amazing and powerful.

The Experimental Workshop:
You don't need experience for this workshop. Your life and yourself as a human being are essential here. The importance here is the quality of living. If you are willing to participate in this artistic experiment (it can envolve all kind of artistic expresion)you are welcome. With this method LIFE is going to become ART. You are going to be your own creator. You are going to find your own characters (these characters are in you and you are going to learn some technics to develope and create a WORK OF ART (WORK OF LIFE).

It is going to be a long LIFE JOURNEY for you. So be patient and confident. The only thing that I need is people like you interested in BEING REAL. Let's start looking outside and be aware of everything that is going on. This is your first lesson.

Methodology:
Some exercises are:
The soun, the movement, the impulse, being against the expression, the energy, the game, the sense of possesion and loss, awareness, the female and the male forces and their union, the listening, the waiting time, etc.

It is very important in this process:

Listening:
We have to listen with our being not only with our ears.
We need to wellcome the unknown. We have to decipher the language that we are going to deal with. The knowledge and the comprehention are going to appear with the exercises. In order to access to the meaning of the work we have to learn to "read" or understand the signs, situations, simbols that will appear when we are working through the sessions.

Innocence:
You are going to start from the beginning, from the origin, from cer, from nothing. You are going to face the "miracle". All in front of you is going to appear for the first time. It will be an unique moment. We need the innocence of a child.

Cleaning out:
In order to get to the innocence situation it is important to get rid of all things that don't let us to see and listen properly. We have to "Clean" ourselves from old habits that are making our lifes easier and confortable. The field is well known and we have to "kill" the useless things. The trash that don't let us to be real, change and get into the unknown. We have to take the risk, to brake the fake, the mask, the lie that is living inside us.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you are interested in this workshop during the holidays, I am inviting some participants that can't wait until september to do some body and voice expression exercises with my methodology.

We are going to start this thursday 31 th of July from 10 am till 1pm. The meeting point will be in Marble Arch Station at 10 am. You can be in this experience if you can't wait until september. The idea is working on our body and voice expression in contact with the Nature. We would show the results of this experiment at the end of the summer in a venue in East London.
Everybody want to do something special this summer . We will enjoy this outdoors experience. I did it before and it is wonderful.
