I recently purchased a property as a leasholder and Thames Valley Housing Association is the freeholder and, as such, manage the cleaning, gardening and maintenance of the property.

Over the past 9 months I have been amazed at how pathetic they are at getting anything done, despite the fact that they charge us a very healthy monthly fee.

Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?

I would be very intrested in finding out how many other leaseholders are suffering from the TVHA.

There are 6 leaseholders in our building and, out of anger and frustration, we have started to communicate and coordinate together but maybe, if there more out there, we can all band together and start applying enough collective pressure on TVHA and show them that they can not get away with charging us and delivering such shoddy cleaning, gardening and other services.

I know that TVHA own and manage hundreds of properties across SE England so if you are suffering the same, please get in touch and let's see if we can start to build a community large enough to have a real voice.
