Quiet Riots Internships

Quiet Riots (www.quietriots.com) is a site dedicated to getting things done about the issues and organisations that need changing. We've just launched and are looking for interns to help us change the world. You could find yourself:
researching late trains, or
hunting down funny protest videos on youtube, or
many more clever and fun ways of getting attention for Quiet Riots

You'll be working from our offices in Richmond upon Thames, at least for the first while, and the rate of pay is £50 per day. You will need to provide your own laptop.

To apply for this position, please do the following:
1. Browse www.quietriots.com and find some organisations and issues that are on there and 'share your experience' if you have relevant ones to give.

2. Think about issues that you care enough about that you'd like to "adopt" as your own Quiet Riot, and grow into a community of like minded people, with you in the drivers seat.

3. Email internships@quietriots.com with details of your adopted Quiet Riot (We'll create it for you if its not already on the system), and a short list of the things you plan to do to get publicity / attention for your adopted Quiet Riot. Also, please send answers to the following questions:
* Are you a fluent English speaker?
* Do you use Twitter? How often, and for what?
* Do you use Facebook? How often, and for what?
* Do you have your own laptop?
* Send us a link to the things you've shared on our site.

4. Successful candidates will be invited to interview at our office, with a view to starting as soon as possible, might even be the same day!

We are just at the beginning so you have an opportunity to make a real mark in this role.
