I am renting my room for one month, from December to January while I am away for the holidays. The dates when you move in/out are very flexible, but ideally the first week of December to the first week of January.

The room is located in a spacious house in the Swiss Cottage/Chalk Farm/Belsize Park area.

The house has 7 bedrooms total, and the flatmates are all friendly and young professionals in their 20s.

The house is only a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Primrose Hill Park. A great area to live in, with lots of lovely pubs and restaurants!

The house is a 4 minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube (Jubilee Line), a 10 minute walk to Chalk Farm tube (Northern Line) and a 15 minute walk to Belsize Park tube (Northern Line).

The rent is £467.70 which includes rent, council tax, and all bills.

The room is very large with a doublt bed, wardrobe, and a set of drawers. It is located on the ground floor next to the shower, bathroom, and kitchen so it's just perfect! The shower and bathroom is only shared by one other flatmate.

I will be available to do viewings this weekend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
