This is my lovely double room in a 3-bedroom house with an extra spacious living room where you can relax in after work. We have a vacant single room that I can move in to, if you like this room. The house is very quite and we prefer professional descent people.

A small family occupies an extra large double bedroom. The husband works in financial services and I work in legal sector. You can expect a pretty clean environment in every sense. We have a no smoking/no drinking policy within the house (we are all Muslims). The house is very tidy inside out.

We do not have any hard and fast rules for our new housemate but the least we expect is tidiness and consideration for others. Due to the family, we prefer professional females however others are welcome.

The nearest undergrounds are Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse road stations(both 10 mins walk). Leyton station is 10 minutes on bus.

St James Street station (over ground that runs between Chingford and Liverpool Street station) is literally 3 minutes walk from our property. The other over ground is Queens Road station, which is just 7 minutes walk away.
