Job purpose:

Hi-Spirits currently work alongside 2-3 marketing agencies, so are now looking for their own in-house Creative Developer and Web programmer.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Design- from ad campaigns to promotions and magazine ads for several companies under the Hi-Spirits umbrella.
2. Mocking up of ideas and new brands including 3D modelling.
3. Finalising PowerPoint presentations.
4. Maintaining and developing several websites under the Hi-Spirits umbrella.
5. Maintain and developing a SQL and Java based customer sales database.
6. Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally direct mail) to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
7. Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to email shots for web shop.
8. Carry out web research, SEO and web stat reporting.
9. Design, build and maintain an online web shop.
10. Perform day-to-day marketing and service activities.
