As a Medical Services Advisor you will be responsible for our member's vital medical and personal information that may need to be provided in an emergency. You will be required to assess the individual's medical details, using your knowledge and experience to ensure that the information we hold is both accurate and comprehensive.

This would be a new and exciting change of pace for qualified medical professionals. It is an ultimately a less demanding and flexible role, where you can put your well-deserved experience and knowledge to good use, without the day to day stresses of working in a Medical environment.

The ideal Medical Services Advisor will be able to work well under pressure, have excellent interpersonal skills, a good telephone manner, and show meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for a team player with a desire to help others, express ideas and contribute toward the team and business goals.

A high standard of accuracy in medical advice and data entry is essential for this role. You must also be at ease communicating verbally and keep a cool head in pressurised situations when required by the emergency services.
