An established exciting online telecommunications company involved in the provision of telecom and data services, requires a dynamic and motivated individual to be part of their operations department. Previous telecommunications experience would be beneficial. Duties will include:

-Broadband support for existing customers
-Broadband and data services provisioning
-Basic first line support for customers
-Fault and ticket resolution
-Router configuration and despatch
-Keeping up to date notes in the customer management system

Candidates need to have previous IT/Support experience and be well spoken
