Nanny or Mother's Help required in Bushey, Hertfordhire

We are a young outgoing family with two children, 2 yrs and 8 months. We are looking for a live-in / Live-out nanny / Mother's Help to assist with our two daughters. Our first born has special needs, although she is a very happy young girl, she has very complex physical needs and we require another pair of hands to help with her day-to-day routine. Duties will include helping to care for our eldest child including, playtime, physio, feeding, bathing and other day to day duties. Experience in special needs childcare would be beneficial.

REQUIRED
* 2+ years experience of being a nanny/au pair
* Experience with Special Needs and / or Cerebral Palsy
* Honest, trustworthy and reliable...happy outgoing personality essential!
* Caring nature and willingness to learn
* Good English skills are required
* Position will also require you to do daily cleaning, ironing, laundry, tidying up, some cooking, etc.
* CRB checked or willing to be checked before starting
* Someone looking for a 1+ year job minimum
* At least 2 references, 1 from most recent employer
* UK resident or valid working visa (**no exceptions**)
* Minimum age 21 years
* Full driving license preferred but not essential

The applicant needs to be a committed individual that can work flexibly beyond the specified hours, when required. We require partial help on weekends, typically until Saturday lunchtime. We will also need babysitting typically 2 nights a week.

The pay is negotiable, depending on experience and credentials. In turn, you will find us very flexible & easygoing. If live in, you will have your own bedroom, in a 4 bedroom detached house with garden in Bushey, Hertfordshire. There is also WIFI access available.
