An aspiring student film maker or enjoy being in charge of the camera and directing?
We are a small yet growing company with a diverse portfolio that includes modelling and the academic field. We’re looking for a student trainee to help us develop and upload two short (approx) 5 min films designed to promote the two areas of our company mentioned above.
The task is quite simple. Using your skills, imagination, a brief script for guidance and your camera, you’ll need to amass at least 5 friends to participate in this challenging yet exciting project. They must be (or at least look) between 18 and 25.
Task I will see you do a short 5 min film whereby your ‘actors’ simply extol the virtues of our two student coursework guidance books about to hit the market.
Task II will see you do another 5 min film whereby they praise one of our modelling agencies.
Each film can simply be a case of your actors sitting down and professionally saying a few good words about the books and agency or indeed you can go to whatever extents you want in order to impress us.
You will be charged with doing everything including using your own necessary film making equipment to execute the project. By the way, it does not have to look highly professional and can be filmed wherever you like but at least, they must look and sound realistic and believable. When you have finished, you will provide us with a copy of the film and upload both films to Youtube
In return, we’ll pay you £500 plus provide you with WHATEVER work experience you want for your CV. So for example, you may want to tell prospective employers that you’ve done extensive filming work for any of our agencies which include amongst others www.essencemodels.co.uk. We would not imagine the entire project will take long to execute but that’s entirely up to you.
