As a Store Manager at Bhs, your responsibilities will fall within the following 5 key areas; Sales, Service, Standards, People and Profit. It will be your responsibility to deliver the retail strategy at store level, provide vision and direction to the store team and develop shared commitment to delivering performance and growth. It¿s all about developing a high performing team who are capable of achieving results.

We'll support your good ideas and give you the breathing space to allow them to thrive, so that you see them take root and influence our bottom line. That way, you'll constantly broaden your experience and improve your expertise.

You will already be an established Store Manager from a fast paced fashion or home retailer, with proven experience of managing high £turnover large space stores. Along with your entrepreneurial spirit, and can do attitude, your energy, motivation and drive will allow you to excel at the challenges that are waiting for you.
