JOB DESCRIPTION
An excellent oppportunity has arisen for a full time office manager at Altima Lighting, NW10. The ideal candidate is a confident, professional, articulate office manager who is looking for a new challenge and a great career opportunity. Applicants should have at least one years administrative experience in a fast paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a tidy office including inventory and supplies
- Answering the phone in a professional manner
- Ensuring PA support to the CEO
- Various secretarial duties, print, copy, fax, scan.
- Keeping track of incoming mail
- Typing correspondence
- Maintaining contacts
SKILLS
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Great command of the English language
- Proficent with MS office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Good ability to multi task
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Good time managment
