Update Friday 06/11/2009

Hi all, i am still looking i was called away overseas on business at very short notice only getting back yesterday so have been unable to contact those who have called. Would like to find something this weekend so please drop me a line if you fit my requirements below.


Thanks for taking the time to read my add. My Name is Nathan and I am a 37 year old consultant and due to my land lord needing to return home from the states as she has hurt her back I am on the hunt for new accommodation.

I need my new place to be fully furnished and must have a shower; GCH would also be great with winter beginning to set in. I often start early and work late so being (reasonably) close to a station is important to me.

I am easy on area as long it is possible to cycle into the centre city without it being too much of a mission then it will be ok with me.

If you could email some pictures I would be grateful it really helps out. Budget is up to 870 a month but there is a little bit of play if the place felt right…. naturally if some bills or all were included you would earn double brownie points

I am a really good tenant, careful, courtous and quiet, I can provide you references from my previous landlords to confirm this. If you think I might be right for your flat then drop me an email or you can give me a call. If I don’t answer straight away leave me a message and I will call you back when I can.

All I ask of you is that you are a private landlord, have nice place that you are proud of, please no dodgy estates or high rises also that you are happy with a 3 month lease to start with then rolling. Don’t worry I have no plans to go anywhere
