Our client is a well established international call centre business with a large operation based in Central London. At present there is an excellent opportunity for a call centre Team Manager with outbound sales experience to join their business.

You will be responsible for the ensuring a team is motivated and lead towards reaching sales targets while ensuring that the company’s quality systems and client requirements are met at all times. You will liaise with management and maintain relevant reports to ensure that your team is delivering against the needs of the client. You will assist in re-training staff, maintaining a positive team environment as well as analyse results against objectives.

To be considered, you must have previous experience in an out bound call centre environment in a team leader/supervisory capacity. You will be able to motivate and lead a time by example while ensuring that quality standards are always met.
