Revenue & Benefits Call Centre Advisor
We are recruiting for a Call Centre Advisor to work within the Revenue & Benefits department for a Public Sector organisation in North West London.
You MUST hold the following skills and you should not apply for this position unless you have the following:
*Previous Revenues & Benefits experience within Housing & Council Tax
*Knowledge of current legislation
*Version 6 I World experience.
*Ability to work as part of a team
*Ability to communicate effectively, both orally & in writing to a wide range of People
Working hours are operated on a weekly shift pattern rota between the hours of 8am-8pm.
Start date 4/11/09 - 31/2/09 with view to the position being extended.
Pay rate is calculated as approx £25,000 PA pro-rata and paid on an hourly basis,
