Sol Meliá is one of the largest hotel groups in Europe, and a major player in the world. We are currently looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for service to join our Nights team at the Melia White House Hotel in Regent's Park, London.

If you have previous experience in a similar role, gained within luxurious hotel/resort environment and would like to become a part of an exciting and dynamic team that gives you opportunities to grow, then we would like to hear from you.

You will be able to demonstrate previous supervisory experience in the Front Office, ideally as a Night Manager, in an upper market high-volume property, preferably in London. You will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of hotel operations with previous experience of Duty Management shifts.
You will demonstrate strong leadership skills, with a hands-on approach whilst being able to motivate your team to meet customer expectations with consistency and without compromise. You possess high levels of computer literacy and previous working knowledge of the Opera PMS is essential.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written are paramount, both in English and Spanish language, with the ability to handle complaints efficiently and professionally.
You will thrive under pressure and possess a real passion for service to create a true experience for our guests.

The position reports to the Reception Manager and is offered on a shift basis (including weekends).
