It's in close proximity to both Dollis Hill tube station (Jubilee line) and Cricklewood (National rail) and there is a bus stop literally a stone's throw away (depending on how well you can throw your stones really…) being across the road which runs routes to Brent Cross, Wembly, Cricklewood, Golders Green and Paddington. (182, 245 and 332).

It is a 4 bedroom house with paved backyard, bbq, large shed, separate lounge, bathroom (with power shower) and large kitchen.

Misc. stuff includes Sky TV, broadband internet access, washing machine, microwave, dish-washer, central heating etc.

About Us
We are 2 Aussie females and a Kiwi bloke who are extremely easy-going who are kept in line by Tye, the 2 year old Bengal cat/tiger with an attitude to boot (he is very friendly and very energetic). This house is very much a home and we want to welcome someone who will see it the same. Cheese I know, but damnit it's true! This isn't a party house but we all know how to have a good time. It just means that we don't have holes in our walls or random people sleeping in the bath.

The room is available now. The rent is £450 per month inclusive of all bills and household goods (toilet paper/cleaning supplies etc). £300 bond and one month's rent in advance is expected. This is a furnished room with a double bed and a massive amount of storage space.
