Flash Developer required for multiple projects, between 16-24 pounds per hour , depending on experience and quality of portfolio. Part time/ freelance 15 hours per week.

You will be developing websites for the hottest events of 2010.

Under the direction of a Creative Director you will be working from storyboards,sketches, briefs, videos, and flash demos to create stunning dynamic flash websites.

You need to
- be flexible with working styles , from being able to work from just a brief , to working on a project with detailed direction throughout.
-have experience in working with a number of creative directors and art directors and their different styles of direction
- be able to communicate effectively , understand and visualize / materialize concepts
- be self-motivated and committed to achieving set targets

Skills
Flash- Advanced (3 - 5 years experience)
AS3 AS2 basic programming
Basic knowledge of CSS and Xhtml ,
ACS3 ( Photoshop, Flash ,actionscript, Illustrator, Dreamweaver )
