We are a fast growing financial claims company, based in Fulham.

We have 3 excellent opportunities for experienced, articulate and focused individuals to join our dedicated legal administration team.

As an Administration Assistant you will be responsible for processing customer’s financial claims for mis-selling. This role will include the following duties:

• Collating client information
• Updating the client database
• Generating correspondence
• Inbound and outbound phone calls
• Communicating directly with clients
• General administration duties


The ideal applicant will have a "can do" attitude and....


• Previous experience working in an administrational role
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
• Strong MS Office skills
• Attention to detail
• Educated to degree level- Ideally in law





Starting Salary circa £16,000 depending on experience
