We have a nice, single room to let from the 21st of November in our large house situated in a peaceful and quiet Haymills (Hanger Hill) estate.

The house is very spacious with plenty of storage. We got a big lounge with a cable tv, spacious cloakroom where you can leave your coats and shoes, and fully equipped large kitchen with a breakfast table.
Also there is a huge green garden in the back of the house where we can play volleyball in the summer :)

You will be sharing the house with international sharers from Germany, Poland and Brazil - two design students, economy student and working professionals. We have a very easy going and tolerant atmosphere in the house. Most of the time it's quiet so people can relax after work or concentrate on their studies, but sometimes it also get's a bit busy over the weekend during the BBQ season :-)

We are looking for non-smoking, peaceful & easy going person. Working professional or a mature student.

Wireless fast broadband, council tax and all other bills are included in the price.

The nearest tube is Park Royal - Picadilly line (about 5 min walk) and Hanger Lane - Central line (about 10 min walk).
Drivers will find easy access to A40 which leads to the city and outside London towards Oxford.

We got a few nice restaurants up the street and the Park Royal Leisure Center where you can find cinema, gym, restaurants and bowling is just 10 min walk away. ASDA shop 5min. on the bus.
