New opening in Westfield Shopping centre, Shepherds Bush, West London. This is an exciting venture for us and we are looking for:

Experienced Chef de partie- 4 yrs experience within a high volume kitchen
Ambitious Commis chef- 2 yrs experience within a high volume kitchen. You must have strong knife handling skills

Working with British menus would be advantageous! You must have a strong command of English, with the ability to work well under pressure and within a team. Trials will be held at The Clarence, Whitehall.

Geronimo Inns is a collection of unique pubs that promotes good hearty British food, fine wines and delectable ales.

Regular training sessions are carried out in the Training Kitchen, whilst you guided and monitored by your Head Chef. We are great believers of promoting from within!
