Skylon Restaurant, Grill & Bar is located in the exciting new development within Royal Festival Hall on the Southbank and offers spectacular panoramic views of London’s skyline with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river Thames. Skylon has been recently rewarded as the Best Designed Restaurant by Time Out London and Best Interior Design at Theme Bar and Restaurant awards.

We are currently recruiting for high calibre chefs (CDP and demi CDP including the pastry) to work with our renowned Executive Chef, Helena Puolakka. Successful candidates will need to have pro-active and motivated attitude, attention to detail and a passion for exceeding customers expectations by creating exceptional food.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced candidates looking for a progressive and challenging role. Previous experience in high standard establishments is a must. All applicants have to be able to work varying shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
