The house is ideally situated at the heart of historic Estepona’s beautiful and atmospheric “old town” neighbourhood. Quiet and secluded, the villa has been stylishly renovated and is fully equipped to provide comfortable living for up to six guests. Nearby is free 24/7 WiFi internet access.

It is located in a one-way street off the main road through the town(Calle Terraza) and gives you easy walking access to the whole of the town with orange tree plazas, cobbled streets, local supermarkets Carrefour, Mercadona, SuperSol, restaurants, banks and tapas-bars. From the house it is less than a 5 minute walk to the sea front promenade and Estepona’s Blue Flag (2007 award) beach “La Rada” with changing rooms, fresh water showers, new children’s playgrounds and exercise courts. The palm–lined seafront promenade has restaurants and tapas bars and leads to Estepona’s picturesque and lively Marina.

Your Holiday home:
Enjoy your holiday home ideally situated in the heart of Estepona. You can drive up and stop outside the house and unload your cases and there is on-street parking at the lower end of the road.

All the main rooms have ceiling fans for comfort and the windows throughout the house are double glazed for warmth and quiet. They have both Mosquito screens for your protection Venetian blinds to keep the house cool through the summer. The large twin bedroom has double glazed French doors opening on to two small balconies.

On the ground floor there is a large lounge with Ikea sofas and a double sofa-bed. For entertainment there is English television, DVD and CD players and a radio. The lounge opens both onto the main fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 guests and a study with a library which as a sliding door into a small courtyard with a separate restroom.

On the first floor is comfortable double bedroom, a large twin bedroom and compact bathroom. The private, spacious roof and sun terrace is ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and al-fresco dining. It has sun-loungers, its own self-contained fitted kitchen with a gas BBQ and is fully equipped for six complete with a shaded area over the large dining table.
