Massage is extremely therapeutic. Psychologically, massage is beneficial as it is so relaxing that clients may drift off to sleep. The rhythm that we use is soothing and calming, sometimes a bit stimulating. Basically it relaxes the muscles and mind, increases lymphatic flow aiding removal of waste, also improves the circulation of the skin, brings oxygen and nutrients and also remove toxins and vaste from all systems.

WHAT KIND OF MASSAGE IS IT?
Swedish massage - an incredibly popular massage offering long-lasting stress relief and a fantastic feeling of well being. Using baby oil for this one.
Deep tissue massage - an excellent massage that gets rid of deep-rooted knots and tension points, especially in the neck and shoulders. A very strong treatment with equally powerful effects.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is believed to be suitable for people of all ages, even babies. Aromatherapists claim that they can treat many conditions, and often see a great improvement in nervous disorders, such as depression, anger, stress and other related symptoms such as headaches and insomnia.
