I am looking for someone to share my flat with. The place is really large and neat- 2 bedrooms with bathroom, kitchenette and a really large living area. Since it is a ground floor apartment, the living room opens out into a large garden space. There is also a parking area available if need be.
I'm a full time student. The commute between London zone 1 and home is about 40-45 mins. I do the journey daily- and don't think it's bad at all. I'd prefer to share the place with a female(20s/early 30s) who are primarily clean, mature and have respect for another's space. It would be really great to share this lovely place with someone with the same wavelength. Honestly, for the price and convenience it is quite a steal.
