I have a wonderful studio in Shepherds Bush, overlooking the green, and backing onto Westfield... 2 mins walk from the Central Line and overground, 4 mins from the Hammersmith and City line, and a multitude of buses on the doorstep!

I design shoes, and since the economic climate has deteriorated I have had to put my business on hold. Now I really use the lovely studio for storage, so I need to rent out the desk space. I pop in very occasionally before midday or after 9.30pm, but otherwise the room would be be yours. I am happy to give you as much wall space as you need, and there is plenty of shelving.

This would suit a designer, or a writer, or a dressmaker, or anyone who needs a cosy, quiet, bright space to work in. The other rooms in the house are music studios, so it's a really nice creative community (they're all properly sound proofed, so you can work in peace!)

There is internet access and a communal kitchen.
