Hello,

I m a 35 year old professional looking for a double room in a house or a flat with a maximum of 3 other people. My budget is £450 pcm.

I am clean, friendly and considerate and want to share with people who are likewise. I need a place which is quiet and peaceful during the working week.

Other essentials are that there is no smoking in the house, there are no cats ( allergic ) and there is a washing machine. I strongly favour properties with a living room.

I strongly believe that I will be joining a small community of people and a home and not just somewhere to crash :-)

At the moment my hobbies are tango, improv and creative living
