Situated in a village around 11km from the town of Lom and 10km from the Danube, this is a small 3 room brick built house in need of serious renovation (hence the very low price). As well as the main house, there is a cellar and a summer kitchen with a basic bathroom. The plot is 500sqm with a well for irrigation. There is electric and water available.

The house requires roof repairs, new windows and doors, external plastering and re-wiring and plumbing and complete internal decoration. The house has a septic tank but it is old and could benefit from replacement. The bathroom in the summer kitchen is not in good condition but at least there is plumbing installed which is half of the work for a new bathroom.

The village has 5-6 shops, bus stop, gas station and few pubs. More than 1000 people are living there.
